Works well with 6920 series Acer.,
Although I had troubles initially with the keyboard connector I was able to re-seat this keyboard to bring functionality to 100%. My first attempt caused the Function key to not work at all. Also, even after you are able to get the function key working you will have to install the Acer LaunchManager program to get the brightness keys working.

|better than the factory one,
My kids have learned a new annoying habbit, if I leave my laptop open they rip the keys off, for weeks I struggled with missing keys, and fought with trying to stick the old ones on. Laptop keys are nothing like the 90s desktop keyboards they’re a real pain to put back together and never seem to work right. My husband and friends online laughed at my crappy typing for weeks until I looked at Amazon and saw how cheap it was to replace the keyboard. Much cheaper than I thought. This keyboard has already been tampered with by my kids once and 3 keys were ripped off, surprisingly they snapped right back on! This keyboard seems a lot better quality too than my previous 2. Happy person here.
