   Dog chewed up the power cord to my laptop so I went to best buy to replace it that is where I bought it, the only one they had was a universal one for a minimum of 80 bucks came to amazon got one made for my laptop for about 11 bucks with shipping

   Adapter gets hot very quickly. Just recently it got so hot that you could not even be touch it and that is very dangerous. It has over heated so many times now that the case has actually warped and bubbled. You are better off buying an oem replacement.
