DealExtreme sku 111505 A101 android dual sim 3G Faulty

I have just got this phone this morning. 0. I firstly switched it on, it showed only the android splash. It was then turned itself off. (80% of battery level shown) 1. I left it on the charger for another 8 hours. (100% of battery level shown) 2. when it is switched on, it could not enter to the system. the same result like number “0″ 3. replaced with another given spare battery, result was the same with “0″ the worst thing that it could be happened like 0-4 for sometime only. Most of the time when the power button is pressed, it just keeps quite. Nothing comes up on the screen.
