You calling us slow? If anything Mac is designed for dumb and slow people who always whine that windows are too complicated. Its the idiots heaven computer. Clearly Windows is superior market share wise or total computer sales wise. It will remain second and will never get close to how big Windows is.
The university IT department doesn’t give you a choice on this matter. I use a mac at home, but honestly that wouldn’t be a good idea at work due to some of the software we use.
Windows is trash. I’ll never again use a windows based computer.

Mac is not a Windows competitor. Windows is nowhere near the Class of the Mac. I used windows for the best part of 30 years, in all of it’s crappy configurations. I found Mac, and now I’m in heaven. If you don’t like Mac, it’s because you haven’t learned to use it yet. But then, … some people are slow.

I can just print out a Chrome logo and stick it on the Acer. There, now it’s a Samsung!
price is the main problem . if its price is between 200$ – 300$ like other linux based netbooks then its good .

What’s with Ubuntu? I’m always seeing that in a comment that they will change the OS to Ubuntu. Why is it better to Chrome OS?
its it’s own thing. it uses chrome os instead of windows 7, and is a internet based “laptop like” machine.
internet speed?or the planing,can i ask u something? if it connects to everywhere with internet can i use moblie broadbane or they wont ask u to write a key for the internet(not mobile broadbrand)
