The Wrong Item,
Your advertisement online indicated this was the correct power supply cord for my Acer Aspire 6920. It was not. When I received it it would not plug in as the adaptor fitting was the wrong size. The box did have an easy return process and I hope I get my money back quickly. I now understand why you return process was so easy. You’ve obviously had to use it many times and have perfected it. All in all I was very disappointed.
